Creating a Mailbox

You can create an email account associated with your domain to make your website appear more professional. 

To create an email account with your domain name:

1. Go to your website's Dashboard.
2. Click on the Domain button.
3. Select Set Unique Domain from the drop-down list.
4. Click on Email Accounts then on New Email Account.
5. Choose your account name and password.
6. You can forward incoming emails to a different email by checking the Forward emails to a different mailbox checkbox and entering the destination email. Do not forward to the same email that you just created, i.e. the email johndoe@site123.com cannot forward emails to johndoe@site123.com.
7. Save the account by clicking on Apply.

Please note: 

• You can create emails with SITE123 that connect to your domain only if your MX records point to SITE123. Read more about Setting MX Records to SITE123.
• The mailbox size is limited to 1GB, while attached files are limited to 15MB in total.
