Managing the tickets ordered for the event
Managing ticket orders for the event is important once the event is about to take place and people are turning in their tickets.
- In the editor click on the SITE123 icon - click Return to dashboard.
- In the dashboard, click on the large button called Events.
- Under the Orders tab, you will see a list of all orders for tickets.
- You can manage them from here by going to Status - you can click to change the status of an order from New to Paid, In Progress, or Cancelled.
- You can also check Info by clicking the Info button and Delete the order if it is not correct or relevant.
