Changing the Status of an Order in your Store
Changing the status of an order in your store is important when processing orders that are not handled automatically by credit card processors, paypal, and other automated systems.
To change the status of an order in your store:
- In the editor click the SITE123 icon and choose Return to Dashboard.
- Click on the Store button located on the dashboard.
- This will load your Store section.
- Mouse over to the order under Status and click the New button.
- From the dropdown list, you can Paid, In Progress, or Cancelled depending on what happens with an order.
