Changing the Status of an Order
Changing the status of an order in your events is important when processing orders that are not handled automatically by credit card processors, paypal, and other automated systems.
To change the status:
- In the editor click the SITE123 icon and choose Return to Dashboard.
- Click on the Events button located on the dashboard.
- This will load your Events section.
- Mouse over to the order under Status and click the New button - from the dropdown list, you can Paid, In Progress, or Cancelled depending on what happens with an order."
